Service Refunds
Because haircuts and grooming services are personal and customized, they are non‑refundable once completed. If you are unsatisfied with the result, we encourage you to let us know during your visit so adjustments can be made before you leave the shop. Our goal is to ensure every client leaves happy, and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns immediately.
Prepaid Packages and Gift Cards
Refunds for prepaid service packages or gift cards are available within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used. After this period, or once the package or card has been partially redeemed, refunds are not available. These items may, however, be transferred to another person if you wish to gift them.
Deposits and Special Services
Deposits made for special services, such as wedding or event grooming, are non‑refundable. However, with at least 48 hours’ notice, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment or transferred to another date. This policy ensures that we can reserve time and resources specifically for your event while maintaining fairness to our staff and other clients
