Appointments and Cancellations

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for scheduled appointments to ensure the full service can be provided. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or the need to reschedule. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a fee.

Payments and Conduct

All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and digital wallet payments. Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior while in the shop. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct.

Liability and Policy Updates

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and professional services, clients acknowledge that minor skin irritations or reactions to products may occur and agree that the barber shop is not liable for such outcomes unless caused by negligence. Policies, prices, and services may be updated at any time, and any changes will be posted in‑shop and online. By booking and receiving services, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
